Provide longitudinal virtual primary care as part of Included Health's integrated care team model (formerly Doctor On Demand).
Responsibilities
- Manage a virtual primary care panel
- Partner with care coordinators and behavioral health
- Practice evidence-based preventive care
Requirements
- MD/DO board certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active licenses in 3+ states preferred
- Telehealth experience
